There are 3 steps leading to the front door, and a small porch.  Numerous planters fill the courtyard with color when the plants are in bloom.

Inside and down the hallway to the left of the front door, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room adorned with cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that invite natural light to dance across the space. Sink into plush couches or cozy chairs around the two-sided fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the coastal beauty. Push open the sliding doors to the expansive deck, where you can hear the ocean echo. With an unobstructed view of the old growth, you can breathe in the fresh forest air or fire up the BBQ for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

Adjacent to the living room, discover the dining area with seating for six, ideal for sharing meals and creating lasting memories. The updated kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a gas stove, large fridge, wall oven, microwave, and a butcher block island with seating for two. You will marvel at the elegant ceiling pattern that adds a touch of sophistication to the dining and kitchen area.

A convenient powder room and laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and utility sink are located down the hallway to the right of the front door.  Retreat to the bright and spacious primary bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower, offering both comfort and convenience.

Venture upstairs to find another expansive living area adorned with skylights, providing a bright and open ambiance.
