How to pack for the Oregon Coast

This can be tricky as the weather is unpredictable. However, a safe bet at all times of year are comfortable jeans, layers and a fleece for cool evenings in the spring, summer and moving into fall. Fall can be rainy and wet so umbrellas, wellies, and water resistant jackets are highly recommended. Swimming here is welcome, however, our water is cold, consider packing wetsuits and other appropriate gear if you plan on jumping in!
