With a beautiful new deck and fire pit located at the front of the house, it is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and your favorite adult beverage in the evening. Lights strung above the deck add their own touch of starlight to this perfect evening oasis.

The third roomy bedroom has a king bed with new mattress, lots of natural light with a large closet. The surf décor and plants makes it a welcoming spot.

A newly remodeled, roomy bathroom with shower/tub completes the upstairs with fun wallpaper, art and lighting. The deep skylight offers extra light, giving this space a clean and calming feel.
