Located just across the street from Ecola Creek, this beautiful home offers unique opportunities
to watch Cannon Beach’s elk wander by on occasion and easy access to the quieter beaches,
while still being only a short walk from the charming downtown blocks.

The first thing you notice when you pull into the driveway is the home’s large front yard. You can
already picture the kiddos playing a game of catch or tag, while you enjoy a glass of wine on the
covered front patio of the house. Just off the side of the patio, you’ll also find a gas grill where
your favorite grillmaster could fire up some fresh local salmon to be enjoyed around the outdoor
table for six while listening to the creek flow into the ocean.

Stepping through the front door, you’ll find a large cozy seating area. To the right, a large
sectional and cozy chair could accommodate six people for an evening movie or games around
the coffee table. Stairs behind the television lead to the home’s second-floor bedrooms. To the
left of the entrance, a loveseat and another comfy chair are nestled around the home’s gas
fireplace, a perfect spot to snuggle in with a book or look for passing elk out the south-facing
windows.

Just beyond the fireplace is the dining room, where six people could comfortably enjoy a meal
together and plan the next day’s shenanigans. More south-facing windows allow light to spill in
throughout the day and a cheerful hutch offers a great spot to keep your binoculars in case you
spot an eagle or a pelican cruising by.

Off the back of the kitchen,\you’ll find the home’s side entrance, which leads to a bright hallway where you can stow your
sandy gear after a beach day. At the end of the hall is the home’s utility room, which makes it
super simple to refresh the beach towels for the next day as you desire.

Up the stairs, you’ll find the home’s shared bathroom immediately to your right. The bathroom
features a double vanity, towel warmer, shower-tub combination and a separate toilet. Both of the bathrooms have rediant heat like the kitchen Another
door at the end of the bathroom reveals a small office area with a desk and two comfy chairs,
making it double as a cozy reading nook as well. Throughout this level, warm wood adorns the
floors and angled ceilings giving an upscale cabin feeling to the decor; and beautiful art adds
the perfect finishing touches.

At the top of the stairs, you’ll discover that the large landing also doubles as a bedroom with a
queen-sized bed, fold out desk and bedside tables. Toward the left end of this bonus room,
you’ll find a separate entrance to the small office, as well as a door into the next bedroom,
where another queen-sized bed waits for your ocean-filled dreams.

Off the other side of the landing bedroom, you’ll find the spacious primary suite. More wood
tones warm this space, where a king-sized bed anchors a room that also has an electric stove
and a cozy bench along some of the windows looking out across to the creek. The room’s large
bathroom features a double vanity, radiant heat, large step-in two person shower with dual shower heads, and a towel warmer.

Throughout this home, you’ll find plenty of creature comforts and beautiful decor that will warm
you up even on the chilliest of Oregon Coast days. With its easy access to the beach, frequent
visits from the local elk and location just a five minute walk from the downtown shops, galleries
and restaurants, it’s the perfect place for your family or crew to sprawl out after a wonderful day
