It's been a much more pleasant experience than using a service like Airbnb. The home is as advertised and in great condition. Staff have been helpful and readily available for needs and recommendations.

It's a lovely spot and a beautiful home, one I'd recommend to friends and family.

I appreciate the help they provided re: left-behind bag. They packed it up quickly and sent it to me via USPS. Beachcomber stepped in and arranged our rental of Shutterbug after a different rental agency totally mixed up our reservation. They were efficient and quick! I will always choose them to handle our Oregon coast reservations.

Each of us enjoyed our stay, I never heard one complaint, never heard anyone wish anything was different. The home was conducive to a wonderful family time.Shutterbug had everything we needed and wanted, including a spectacular sunset view. The location was perfect, it was easy to drive to nearby towns, beaches and trails. The size accommodated our family of seven happily and comfortably. Everything was in good working order. There are fine restaurants and grocers nearby and handy paths to the beach only minutes away.

Your team is great. Weve been there in your office in person, called and emailed. We appreciate your prompt responses and the detailed information youre able to give. I loved working with the people! You were so great at helping us find the right cottage for this year and again for next year. Because youre a local business with local employees, you can give information that competitors cant give.

The website is easy to use and the follow through with emails is helpful. The staff are friendly and responsive, via either email or phone.

The location was great. The place itself was even better than the pictures. Check-in was seamless with great instructions.

This is an awesome place to vacation. Extremely quiet and spacious. Lovely home with beautiful landscaping. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to local towns for shopping, dining, etc. Many hiking trails too. Will definitely stay here again.

5 STAR AIRBNB REVIEW! Overall this is a fantastic property and is a very short walk to the beach. The home easily sleeps 10 people as advertised. The two full bathrooms worked great and it has a third toilet that is part of the laundry room with a large curtain for privacy. But if your group is large be prepared for bathroom wait times. Being pet friendly is a super great option for a very reasonable fee and a pet gift basket was provided with extra towels for those beach visits. If you do bring a pet be sure to keep food indoors or a sturdy container capable of keeping raccoons out as a family stopped by to check our container. The kitchen is adequate for cooking most meals and plenty of options nearby to eat out if you don't want to spend time cooking. The seating is limited in the living room unless you count the wooden benches with the dinning room table. At the end of the day I would definitely recommend this home and stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. It was a wonderful cottage to stay in! Close to the beach and close to town. And the house itself was very comfortable and accommodating with everything we needed. We used the beach chairs and even the skimboard!

10/10 VRBO REVIEW! Schilling House. Perfect view and location. Amazing view of the beach and ocean from large family room. Easy access to the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen and house. Two updated bathrooms with walk-in showers. Nice updated beach decor. Several double/queen beds, one king. Four claimed beds are in a bunk room - great for small children... but check the details if adults need these bunk spaces.

We had a glorious 8 night stay at Collie Point. It has a superb location, between Tolavana and town, and a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The owners did an amazing job of decorating and appointing their home including lots of beach equipment, dog supplies, plenty of cooking tools and equipment. The home has spacious and modern bathrooms, lots of natural light and windows throughout. There was abundant outdoor seating and a view to the ocean and their beautiful garden. Unlike other rentals (and we have stayed in a lot!), it was super clean. The fire alarm battery went out at a location too high for us to reach. We called Beachcombers and they quickly sent a maintenance man to fix it, even though it was after usual business hours. It is honestly the best place we have stayed on the Oregon Coast! We will look forward to a return visit!

5 Star Airbnb Review! We loved our stay at this adorable A frame right on the beach! Perfect location- Its within walking distance of the downtown area and all the great restaurants. We especially loved the path from the backyard right down to the beach. The yard & deck were lovely as well.

Glorious scenery seen from an exceptional house! Ages 6 to 84, we all delighted in the beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach and its wonderful walks. From the morning mists to the evenings bonfires, we had a fabulous week at Whaletopia!

Great time, perfect weather, and the place exceeded expectations. Everything is as advertised, very nice townhome, well appointed with kitchen, linens, and comfortable beds. Nice separation of bedrooms and full use of an oversized single-car garage. A brief stay but noted convenient washer/dryer.

Collie Point is an exceptional property with great walkability to the beach and downtown Cannon Beach! There was plenty of room for our family of four and our two dogs were welcome as well (with dog beds and dishes readily available). The property is absolutely stunning with great views, exceptional fixtures and the full kitchen being an additional bonus. Though the home is right off of 101, we found it very peaceful, relaxing and tranquil. We enjoyed the grassy front yard for our Easter egg hunt and found the gardens to be great hiding places for eggs! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
