5/5 STAR AIRBNB REVIEW! I recently stayed at this wonderful house in Cannon Beach, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the stunning coastline whenever we wanted. Theres a charming coffee shop directly across the street, perfect for my morning caffeine fix. Within a short stroll, we found a playground for the kids, a grocery store for any essentials, and two fantastic restaurants that offered delicious meals. The house itself had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. From a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully provided. Overall, this house is an ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy Cannon Beach. I would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful time with family. We love Cannon Beach and the house was perfectly located in proximity to town and the beach. Beautiful home. Appreciate that there were fans provided in the bedrooms since there is not air conditioning.
This property is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were fully stocked with every essential...and more. The house is so comfortable and well designed. The gardens and landscape are pristine! What makes this property unique is the upstairs balcony off the master. At high tide you can whale watch for hours! You can see all the way down the beach as well, from this vantage point. We were a family of 5 adults and we had more than enough room to spread out. We loved all the books, puzzles, games and especially the ocean view. If you've never been to this area, I recommend bringing a warm jacket and layers. It's chilly most mornings and the days it was windy the beach was cold even when the sun is shining. You can walk the beach to Hug Point. It's breathtaking! So many amazing beaches to hike to just a 10 minute drive from this property. Off street parking was great. Easy arrival and check out. I miss it already! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.

We had an incredible five-night family stay in Cannon Beach and absolutely loved this property. The location was perfectjust steps from the beach, walking distance to Haystack Rock, and in a quieter, more laid-back part of town. We enjoyed hiking, beach walks, bonfires, and exploring the shops and restaurants in town. One highlight was the fishing trip my kids booked in Garibaldithey had an amazing time and came back with their limit of salmon and crab. We feasted for three days! It was a trip filled with great food, family time, and unforgettable memories. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Everything worked flawlessly. We especially appreciated the market and bakery right across the street, and the grocery store just a block away. Being able to walk to the Warren House for dinner and a cocktail was a bonus. This was our second visit to the area, and with our son living only an hour away, it made the experience even more special. Well definitely be back!
We loved staying at driftwood cottage. It was a very nice house and the location was perfect, a quick walk or drive into town and right near ecola state park.
10/10 VRBO REVIEW! Whaletopia was the perfect setting for our family vacation! The house accommodated our family with plenty of room, toys and games for our little kids, and beautiful views and beach walks for everyone. A wonderful family vacation for our family from Colorado - 2 grandparents, 4 adult kids and 3 grand kids! The weather was beautiful, we played & walked on the beach (finding sand dollars and seeing the tide pools). We visited Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Manzanita - shopping and eating at each. We saw bald eagles, a seal, and so many birds. Thanks for letting us make so many lifetime memories at a great location.
I miss it already. I look forward to going back. I love the location of our Lodge. Walking distance to Fresh Market, Mo's, Sea-level Bakery, and the beach! Far enough from Haystack to avoid large crowds on the beach.
