Welcome to Selkie's Hideaway, the Goldilocks location in Cannon Beach! The elevated lot provides spectacular Ocean views from multiple areas of the house. This charming two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the ideal place to relax and unwind in the most gorgeous part of the Oregon coast.

As you enter this beautifully updated home you’ll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main living area upstairs features comfortable seating and a grand stone fireplace, perfect for curling up with a good book, enjoying the ocean views, watching boat traffic and for whales, or enjoying a movie night with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a large island with plenty of counter space and natural light. Want to BBQ? Then step outside the kitchen and onto the spacious terrace.

The wrap-around deck is a standout feature, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area and a perfect spot for viewing the ocean and evening sunsets, while enjoying meals or just a glass of wine at the end of a day on the beach. The row of cozy chairs facing the ocean are great for memorable conversations with the entire family.

Back inside, the large primary upstairs bedroom features a California King bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower only. Across the hall is a guest bedroom which shares a full bathroom with the main living area. This bathroom also has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Plus, there is a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer on this level.

The lower level of this beautiful home offers many of the same amenities as the upper level. This makes a great vacation home for multiple families to share or for providing great separation for the adults and kids when on vacation. A large family room is in the center of this level and provides comfortable seating around the wall mounted TV. Dine at the Bike Table next to the kitchenette, which has a refrigerator, sink and microwave – perfect for preparing snacks or storing extra refrigerated items.
The third and fourth bedrooms are on this lower level featuring comfortable King and Queen beds with plenty of space for personal belongings. They share a full bathroom which has a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The heart of this level is the large, covered patio that is a beautiful outdoor living space. Enjoy this area rain or shine with 4 comfy, swivel chairs and the dining area that offers seating for 4-5 additional people. This space is a private oasis where you can gather and spend quality time or enjoy alone in peace and comfort, while breathing the ocean air and listening to crashing waves. At night, imagine yourself nestled within the cedar walls, while the crackling fireplace is beckoning you to roast s'mores!

This lovely and inviting home is only 1 block from the beach. Easily walk on the beach to Haystack Rock, or head to mid-town for coffee and scones! Fresh Foods, an upscale grocery store, is conveniently only 1 block away. Be sure to watch out for the elk herd that occasionally travels through town and past this house!

This home is the perfect place to enjoy all that Cannon Beach has to offer. From walking the beach, exploring the quaint town's unique shops and galleries, to hiking in the nearby state parks, there's something for everyone here.
