Puffin Place

A perfect location, plenty of room, and everything you could need – Welcome to Puffin Place. Located in the presidential neighborhood of Cannon Beach this lovely and inviting home is close to the beach ( only one house back ) and only a few short blocks from downtown Cannon Beach.

Puffin Place has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and is spacious, comfortable, and a perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach. Just off the entry hall is a large open living room with a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV mounted above it. Plop down on the sofa and enjoy a movie, the game or just the ambience of the fireplace. There’s no wrong choice!

With a dining area between the living room and the kitchen it’s the perfect room for everyone to gather in. The kitchen is open and has plenty of space for several cooks! All of the usual appliances are provided as well as the wine fridge and a warming oven. There’s even a large pantry in case you need extra storage.

The first of the bedroom suites is on the main level. With a king bed and a generous master bathroom featuring double sinks, sunken tub and a glass walled shower with a bench there’s not much more you could ask for. Unless of course you need some sleeping space and there’s a small office space off this master bedroom with a queen murphy bed.

Upstairs you’ll find the second master bedroom and a third bedroom suite. The second master bedroom also has a king bed with a large master bathroom. Like the master bath downstairs this one has double sinks, a large bathtub and a walk-in shower. But the best feature of this master bedroom would have to be the ocean views from the bedroom and from the attached sun room. The sun room has a perfect spot for your morning coffee or you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine, you decide!

The third bedroom suite has a king bed as well and an attached bathroom. But what makes this room special is the balcony off the bedroom. This deck has enough room for four chairs and a table so there’s plenty of space to enjoy a quiet little spot.
Back downstairs you’ll find the laundry room and another half bath near the entry hall.

There’s plenty to do in Cannon Beach from exploring the beaches, hiking, shopping, galleries to view and restaurants to try. Wouldn’t it be great to have somewhere lovely like Puffin Place to come home to?
