If you’re looking for an escape with personality and charm, look no further! This three-level home offers all the amazing features you could dream of and plenty of room for your extended family or group of friends. Salty S'mores is located in the quiet and lovely south end of Cannon Beach. 

Arriving at this home you will fall in love with the cozy charm of the entrance.  Once inside you will find a vacation home with tons of character and space.  The foyer leads you in two directions- straight ahead to the back hallway, or to the expansive living area on your right.  

The breathtaking living room has cathedral ceilings and large windows that let a ton of natural light in.  Guests can socialize on the two large comfortable couches, then kick back and relax! There is a large TV and a number pillows for everyone to gather for movie nights after spending the day at the beach. Tucked into the corner are two additional chairs facing outside where you can see peaks of the Pacific Ocean.  

Also a part of this open space is the dining area which features a dining table that can seat up to six comfortably. Just to the right of the table are the sliding doors that lead to the first of two decks.

The gourmet kitchen is located along the back of the home and has large countertops, a 6-burner gas stove, and all stainless-steel appliances, perfect for entertaining loved ones and friends. There is a breakfast bar with three bar stools that separate the kitchen from a cozy sitting area that is perfect for morning coffee, or a quiet space to read a book or write in your journal.  A second sliding door  leads out to the smaller deck, with a BBQ and has more tranquil and very private views of the surrounding wilderness. 

The master bedroom is also found on this main level and features a king bed, loveseat and tons of closet space. The attached private bathroom has a shower/tub combo and large single vanity. Just outside this bedroom is the laundry room with a washer, dryer and tub sink. 

Going up the staircase to the second level you will find two additional bedrooms.  The first is a second Master bedroom room with a King bed, and sliding doors that lead to a small balcony overlooking the backyard.  A bookcase divides this space and creates a light and bright sitting area with a window seat, lounging chair and reading chair. The attached private bathroom has a double vanity, separate shower and large soaking tub. You can rest and relax in the second bedroom on this level that features a Queen sized bed, right next to a bathroom with a single vanity and shower. 

The lower level of the home has a large recreation center, and a full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This is a great space for the kids to gather on the occasional rainy afternoon.

This unbelievable spot is fresh, contemporary and more than just a little bit decadent, all wrapped up in a pleasant coastal bundle. You may never want to leave!
