As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a welcoming foyer, setting the tone for your relaxing retreat. Just down the hallway from the exterior door are the first two bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space.  The second guest bedroom offers a bunk bed and futon, and is perfect for kids! They will delight in their own personal retreat, equipped with a wall-mounted SMART TV, small table, and additional chair.

Both of these bedrooms share a hall bathroom, featuring a convenient shower/tub combo and a single vanity. No need to worry about laundry piling up during your stay—simply utilize the full-size washer and dryer located in the adjacent laundry room. With a utility sink and counter space for folding clothes, keeping your beachwear clean and fresh has never been easier.

Back by the exterior door, you can ascend the staircase to the main level, where the heart of the home awaits. The open floor plan of the main living area seems even more spacious due to the high ceilings, and wall of windows facing the Pacific Ocean. The living area is inviting and designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the comfortable leather sofas and unwind after a day of beachcombing or exploring the charming town. The large wall mounted TV above the fireplace makes movie nights easy. Or tuck yourself into the corner window seat to read a book with ample sunlight coming in through the large windows. On the other side of the couch is a large dining table that can accommodate 8 people. A sliding glass door leads to the spacious deck where you can relax under the stars in the evening, or drink your morning cup of coffee enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.

The updated kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare meals or snacks. This room opens into the living area with a breakfast bar that has seating for 3. There is another entrance at the top of the staircase from the lower level.  Tons of counter space, full size appliances and a beverage fridge complete the kitchen. The entire living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones and savoring the flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

A short hallway is found just off the living area and includes the primary bedroom and a hall bathroom.  The bedroom features a King bed, a closet and a wall mounted TV.  Just across from the bedroom is the hall bathroom with a double vanity and a shower only. 

Outside, the delights of Cannon Beach beckon. Spend your days strolling along the sandy shores, exploring tide pools, or admiring the iconic Haystack Rock.  Downtown Cannon Beach is a short 3 minute drive and offers a number of restaurants and shops.  Or head south to Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site.  No matter your interests, there is something for everyone to do!
